RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you purchased your case directly from ReachCase.com you may return a case for refund (exclusive of taxes, duty, freight, and similar charges) or exchange within 60 days of your original order shipment date. We will give refunds only to the original purchaser of the case. If the case was a gift, we will exchange it for one of equal or lesser value.
DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED CASES
ReachCase warrants your new product against defects in materials or workmanship, and against breakage from normal use, for a period of 1 year from your date of purchase. If your product is defective or broken within this warranty period, we will replace it with a new product.
To verify your warranty claim we may ask you, for example, to send us a photograph of your damaged or defective product or return it to us at:

We will send you a replacement ReachCase product at no charge, including shipping and handling and any applicable sales or use taxes, within 3 business days. ReachCase extends all of the foregoing warranties its authorized resellers for the benefit of customers that purchase ReachCase products from these authorized channels. Replacement products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship and against breakage from normal use from the date of replacement for 90 days or, if longer, the remainder of your original 1-year warranty period.
If your case is defective or broken within this timeframe, please send the damaged case to the return address listed above. Upon receipt, we will process the replacement order within 2-3 business days. Email us at returns@ReachCase.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Current ship-to location
If you meet the conditions of our limited warranty, we will send a new ReachCase of equal or lesser value at no charge.
ReachCase’s return and replacement guarantees exclude (a) damage resulting from misuse of, or abuse to, your product and (b) products purchased from anyone beside ReachCase or its authorized resellers. Nor do we cover ordinary wear and tear, such as dirt and smudges, that reflect everyday use and do not evidence a product defect. Our guarantees and warranties are non-transferable, and do not apply to products bought from sources not expressly authorized by ReachCase. We disclaim any warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, and all liability for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from our products, however obtained, and our limited warranty does not cover under any circumstances the replacement of, or cost to repair, any electronic device or personal property used in connection with our products. The foregoing limited warranty does not apply, unless you purchased your ReachCase product from our authorized resellers.
Warranties From Third-party Retailers
The foregoing limited warranty does not apply, unless you purchased your ReachCase from Antenna79 (ReachCase.com) or one of its authorized resellers. If you purchased your case from an authorized Antenna79 reseller, additional warranties may apply. Please direct any returns, exchanges, and warranty claims to your point of sale—not to Antenna79. Antenna79 extends all of the foregoing warranties to its authorized resellers for the benefit of customers that purchase ReachCases from those authorized channels.
